As a QA Engineer with solid experience, your role is to define, implement, and continuously improve the testing and quality strategy across the entire product lifecycle.
You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and drive a culture of excellence, ensuring that every release is secure and high-performing.
🧠 Quality Strategy & Process Improvement
Define and lead the overall QA strategy (manual, automated, regression, performance).
Establish and document robust QA and release processes.
Continuously improve QA workflows for efficiency, coverage, and scalability.
Identify opportunities to enhance test strategy, scalability, and system reliability.
Track and report on product quality and release reliability metrics.
🛠️ Testing & Automation
Write and execute detailed test plans and test cases (manual & automated).
Develop and maintain automated test suites (frontend, backend, APIs).
Integrate test pipelines into CI/CD workflows.
🤝 Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.
Serve as the QA point of contact within the team, mentoring and supporting teammates.
Promote a strong quality-driven culture across teams.
Technical English required (written and spoken).
🚀 Release & Deployment Management
Coordinate release cycles with tech, product, and business stakeholders.
Plan and monitor production deployments, manage incidents and rollbacks if needed.
