As part of the Performance Marketing team, you’ll lead the growth and engagement of Jow’s social media presence. You won’t be doing it alone, you’ll have a rockstar apprentice by your side, plus the support of the rest of the marketing team!
This role is for someone with at least 3 years of full-time experience in a company (beyond internships) and who’s ready to take the lead on content and social media strategy with confidence!
Your mission: make Jow the go-to social account for cooking tips, grocery shortcuts, and mealtime inspiration while keeping it fun, inclusive, and engaging.
Your missions:
Build & execute Social strategies: Plan and manage our social media calendar, always staying ahead of new trends and formats.
Grow our community: We’re aiming for 1M followers, and you’ll be at the helm of that growth.
Turn followers into fans (and customers): Engage our audience and help them see Jow as their go-to kitchen ally.
Bring Jow’s personality to life: Animate our community with playful, helpful, and relatable content.
Track & optimize: Measure social performance (followers, engagement, conversions) and refine strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the content team: Work closely with our food content creators and studio to produce thumb-stopping content.
